Job Overview
As an Apple Specialist, you will guide customers in exploring and purchasing Apple products and services, personalize recommendations, and deliver a high-quality, memorable experience. You’ll support team members, maintain store standards, and help foster an inclusive environment while staying up to date on Apple’s products and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, seeking to understand needs and recommending solutions

• Educate customers on Apple products, services, and purchase options

• Support peers by sharing knowledge and offering assistance across the store

• Maintain accuracy in all tasks and follow guidance

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment and respect diversity

• Perform additional store tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Curiosity and willingness to learn about Apple products, services, and third-party solutions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in English (French required for Quebec; sign language supported)
