Guest Intake & Experience

Administrative & Sales Operations

  • Transaction Management: Process payments for services and retail products accurately, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.

  • Retail Promotion: Identify opportunities to recommend retail products that complement a guest’s treatment, contributing to the spa’s overall revenue goals.

  • Facility Oversight: Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail boutique to maintain the spa’s luxury aesthetic.
