Job Overview:
As an Evening Service Shift Manager/Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate the service department during evening shifts, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and safety. You will lead, coach, and support technicians while assisting in diagnostics, customer service, and operational management, contributing to the success of the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule service jobs to optimize technician efficiency.

• Motivate and develop employees through coaching and mentorship.

• Act as backup to the Service Business Manager.

• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.

• Perform final approvals on serviced equipment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up.

• Support quoting repairs and maintaining service records.

• Foster strong team dynamics across departments.

• Promote and enforce safe working practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience performing complex repairs on agricultural equipment.

• Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Certification or equivalent.

• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs as required.

• Flexible with varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Strong knowledge of ag equipment and diagnostic systems.

• Proficient with computers and service management systems.
