As a Service Assistant, your duties involve, but are not restricted to:

• Greeting every visitor at the entrance with a friendly look

• Preparing your work area for the upcoming shift

• Confirming utensils and seasonings are available at every table

• Replenishing beverages and removing used items while guests dine

• Delivering fresh, hot meals to patrons from the kitchen area

• Supporting the serving staff with guest requests as necessary

• Adhering to all sanitation and food protection protocols

• Removing dirty plates, reconfiguring tables, and tidying seating and flooring

• Reporting when tables are available for new parties

• Sorting used items in the dishwashing station

• Must satisfy age mandates and possess valid work authorization for the relevant nation

• Capacity to stretch, crouch, lean, and lift 30 pounds securely
