Job Overview: Senior Sales Manager – Airport Lounge B2B
Plaza Premium Group (PPG), the global leader in airport hospitality, is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager / Associate Sales Director to lead B2B growth and partnership initiatives. Based in San Francisco, this role is centered on expanding PPG’s footprint in the luxury travel sector by securing high-value contracts with airlines, financial institutions, and corporate enterprises.
This is a strategic, consultative sales position for a “closer” who understands the nuances of the premium travel ecosystem and is comfortable navigating complex, long-cycle negotiations.
Key Responsibilities & Commercial Leadership
Strategic Business Development

Partnership Acquisition: Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to secure new B2B partnerships (e.g., airline lounge access agreements, credit card perks, and corporate travel programs).

Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring quarterly and annual revenue targets are consistently exceeded.

Pipeline Management: Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting, maintaining a healthy and transparent sales funnel for executive review.
Relationship & Account Management

Strategic Accounts: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients, identifying upsell opportunities and new channels to maximize account value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure that promised premium experiences are scalable and operationally viable.

Brand Representation: Represent PPG at key industry events, client site visits, and high-level negotiations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience

Tenure: 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.

Sector Expertise: A strong track record in airline, airport, or restaurant partnerships and/or joint ventures is essential.

C-Suite Engagement: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
