Position Overview

We are looking for a diligent Senior Production specialist with a proven background in M&A financial engineering, secondary insurance brokerage, or underwriting to serve as a Principal participant of the treaty unit. This is a consumer-facing role in a workplace that necessitates diverse internal cooperation to propel new account creation and solution design, while maintaining the loyalty of current client portfolios.

Core Contributions

• Partner across all brokerage specialties and engage our actuarial, catastrophe, and risk modeling associates to evaluate insurance hazards at a portfolio scale.

• Advise C-Suite patrons on reinsurance treaty frameworks to minimize potential losses and optimize capital utilization.

• Create, bargain for, and secure reinsurance treaties utilizing providers from the United States, London, Bermuda, and global markets.

• Organize and participate in underwriting and settlement reviews of insurance patrons.

• Verify that firm, industry, and consumer-specific records are produced with precision and timeliness.

• Conform to internal and external legislative and statutory mandates, protocols, and laws.
