Senior Program Manager, Finance and Business Integration

Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Finance and Business Integration (FBI) team within Amazon Accounting. This leadership role is pivotal in launching global business initiatives across consumer products, logistics, and cloud computing. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and accounting stakeholders to build scalable, secure financial solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA • Knowledge of internal control framework (specifically COSO) to assess control design and operational efficiency • Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification • Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients • Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions

In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical finance projects, from initial requirements gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will lead automation efforts to improve the accuracy of financial statements and serve as a strategic consultant for diverse stakeholder groups. Success requires a deep mastery of accounting principles, program management, and finance systems to ensure that Amazon’s rapid expansion is supported by controlled, scalable processes.
