Job Duties

  • Strategic Planning: Orchestrate the end-to-end marketing strategy for high-priority product launches and unique consumer experiences.

  • Experiential Leadership: Design and lead the execution of large-scale brand activations, pop-ups, and immersive events within the New York market.

  • Cross-Functional Management: Lead collaboration between product development, creative, and operations teams to ensure a seamless “product-to-experience” narrative.

  • Budget Accountability: Oversee high-level marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and a high return on investment for all experiential initiatives.

  • Consumer Insights: Analyze complex market data and user feedback to refine product positioning and identify untapped experiential opportunities.

  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the creation of multi-channel marketing assets, including video, social media, and on-site graphics, to support product life cycles.

  • Partner Relations: Identify and manage strategic partnerships with external brands and influencers to amplify the reach of exclusive experiences.

  • Performance Reporting: Present comprehensive campaign audits to executive leadership, highlighting key successes, ROI, and areas for strategic optimization.

  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all physical and digital touchpoints maintain a consistent, premium brand identity that resonates with a sophisticated audience.

  • Team Mentorship: Direct and develop a team of marketing professionals and external vendors to foster a culture of high performance and creative innovation.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced creative degree is highly preferred.

  • Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in product marketing and large-scale experiential event production.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term while executing tactical, high-stakes launches in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external creative or production agencies.

  • Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in interpreting market trends and consumer behavior data to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, suitable for pitching concepts to C-suite executives and external partners.

  • Project Management: Expert-level ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest experiential technologies (AR/VR, RFID, interactive displays) and digital marketing tools.

  • Industry Insight: A deep understanding of the New York lifestyle, entertainment, and product landscape.

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York for full-time, on-site leadership and event oversight.
