Job Description
Are you an academic leader ready to bridge the gap between institutional strategy and student achievement? Regent College London is looking for a Senior Lecturer in Business who can inspire a team while keeping a firm hand on academic quality. Based primarily at our Wembley and Kingsbury campuses, you will be the driving force behind a business curriculum that is as inclusive as it is rigorous.
This is a “people-first” leadership role. Half your time will be spent empowering your students to navigate their learning journeys, and the other half will be spent empowering your colleagues to deliver their best work. We are looking for someone who understands that in 2026, “Business Education” means being digitally fluent and culturally aware. You will lead by example—whether that’s in a lecture hall in Wembley or a virtual seminar on MS Teams—ensuring that every assessment and every module meets the high standards our students expect.
As part of the Regent Group, we offer an environment where “curiosity and imagination” are rewarded. If you have the Master’s degree, the management experience, and the drive to shape the next generation of global business leaders, we invite you to apply. Join us this April and help us continue our streak of high student satisfaction in the heart of London.
