POSITION: Senior Manager – Key Accounts (Sales)
LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
SALARY: LKR 500,000 Gross + Attractive Incentives + Fuel
OVERVIEW:
This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic key accounts while driving enterprise-level technology sales across institutional clients. The position focuses on building long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored technology solutions within regulated and large-scale environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise and institutional accounts.
• Drive large-scale technology sales across BFSI, Defence, and Government sector clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through solution-based selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to support strategic sales planning.
PRE-REQUISITES:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 06 years of proven experience in technology sales within the BFSI, Defence, or Government sector.
• Strong ability to manage key accounts, drive large-scale enterprise sales, and build long-term client relationships.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in complex, solution-based selling environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior-level clients.
