Job Duties

  • Liaison & Subject Matter Expert: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (Product, Account Management, Support) regarding Broadridge’s front-office solutions.

  • Requirement Engineering: Lead business case reviews to gather client requirements and translate complex business needs into detailed technical documentation.

  • Deployment Management: Partner with the Global Configuration team to ensure system deployments are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.

  • Project Governance: Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking key milestones and proactively resolving roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

  • Technical Integration: Map out data integration paths and database structures, ensuring seamless connectivity via APIs and SQL-based workflows.

  • Client Education: Design and lead training sessions for client users to ensure proficiency in system functionality and front-office workflows.

  • Quality Assurance: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, identifying and documenting bugs or workflow gaps before final sign-off.

  • Product Advocacy: Collect and communicate client feedback to internal product teams to drive future software enhancements and process improvements.

  • Operational Strategy: Leverage AI tools and workflow visualization software (Tableau) to enhance internal operational efficiency and client reporting.


Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, and buy-side institution workflows (Hedge Funds/Asset Managers).

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on ability to work with SQL, Excel, and APIs, along with an understanding of relational database structures.

  • Market Expertise: Working knowledge of equity, fixed income, and derivative markets.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for managing high-stakes client interactions.

  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and strict deadlines simultaneously.

  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% to client sites as required.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–6 years in software implementation or project management, specifically within financial services or Fintech.

  • Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of platforms like Charles River or Eze.

  • Preferred Certifications: PMP or ScrumMaster certifications are considered a plus.
