Senior Client Implementation Specialist (Hybrid- NYC)

Job Duties

• Interact with new and existing clients to perform comprehensive front-office workflow reviews.

• Gather business case requirements and translate them into detailed technical documentation.

• Collaborate with the Global Configuration team to ensure complete and timely system deployments.

• Manage project timelines and budgets while communicating milestones to all stakeholders.

• Navigate potential roadblocks and technical challenges on behalf of buy-side clients.

• Lead training sessions on system functionality for relevant client user groups.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Communicate client feedback to internal Product Management and Support teams for future enhancements.

• Work with internal departments to identify and implement areas for process improvement.

• Support the deployment of front-office solutions for hedge funds and asset managers.

Requirements

• Execute software implementations within the investment management or financial services industry.

• Apply knowledge of portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting workflows.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.

• Utilize knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs to support technical deployments.

• Present complex technical concepts effectively to both internal teams and external clients.

• Travel up to 20% to meet with clients and support on-site implementation needs.

• Operate within equity, fixed income, and derivative market structures.

• Coordinate between clients and internal teams like Account Management and Product Development.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Possess 2–6 years of experience in software implementation or project management.

• Maintain experience with investment management software such as Charles River or Eze.

• Hold a project management certification such as PMP or ScrumMaster (preferred).

• Demonstrate experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
