Senior Chef de Partie (New)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean working environment. This position requires excellent teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and cooking processes.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
• Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.

Experience
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role (required).
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising or managing team members is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in food production.
• A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences is essential.
