Job Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will gather and document stakeholder requirements, lead agile ceremonies, facilitate workshops, produce user stories, manage product backlogs, support user acceptance testing, and provide guidance on large-scale web-based educational platform initiatives.
Requirements

7+ years as a Business Analyst on agile web-based software projects

Experience eliciting and documenting user stories with acceptance criteria

Leading stakeholder requirements meetings and agile ceremonies (story breakdown, sprint planning, backlog refinement)

Familiarity with collaboration tools (Miro or equivalent) and task management tools (Azure DevOps or equivalent)

Experience with large-scale, web-based educational platforms

Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities

Provide business analysis for new and existing applications in an agile environment

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements

Develop user mockups and low-fidelity designs

Facilitate workshops and meetings, capturing minutes and documentation

Review BA deliverables to ensure quality

Write user stories and manage product backlogs

Lead user acceptance testing and operational rollout support
