Key Responsibilities: The “Fulfillment Security” Cycle

You are responsible for the physical integrity of the facility and the safety of the workforce.

  • Asset Protection: Safeguard high-value merchandise and logistics infrastructure from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.

  • Personnel Safety: Ensure a secure working environment for all staff, responding to safety hazards or security breaches immediately.

  • Campus Logistics: Manage the critical “Opening and Closing” procedures, ensuring the facility is locked down or accessible according to strict schedules.

  • Threat Mitigation: Actively monitor the premises for any potential threats, maintaining a disciplined presence that discourages illegal acts.

  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the broader security and operations teams to adapt to the changing needs of a 24/7 fulfillment cycle.
