Teachers Together Ltd is a specialist education recruitment agency—not a school or an educational trust—that focuses on placing teachers and support staff into primary, secondary, and SEN settings across Luton, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire. They distinguish themselves through a “transparent” service model, explicitly avoiding umbrella companies in favor of direct PAYE payroll for their members. Their culture is notably community-oriented, emphasizing ethical recruitment, free professional development, and a supportive, collaborative relationship with the educators they represent.

Important Considerations for Your Search
-
Agency vs. Employer: As an agency, Teachers Together acts as an intermediary. While they manage your screening and placement, your day-to-day employment contract is typically with the school where you are placed.
-
Transparent Payroll: They are known for their commitment to using direct PAYE (Pay As You Earn) payroll systems rather than third-party umbrella companies, which provides more clarity on your take-home pay.
