Your Impact on the Floor

Inventory Mastery: You’ll handle the heavy lifting—literally. This includes processing freight, building eye-catching end caps, and ensuring our digital orders (curbside and delivery) are fulfilled perfectly.
Customer Connection: We don’t just point to an aisle. You’ll greet customers, build relationships, and share your growing knowledge of our products to create a personalized experience.
Product Expert in Training: You’ll participate in specialized wine, spirits, and beer training to become a go-to resource for our shoppers.
Operational Excellence: You’ll stay on top of our latest promotions and loyalty programs while keeping the store spotless and compliant with all alcohol sale regulations.

What We’re Looking For

The Basics: You must be 21 years of age or older. A High School Diploma is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of work experience is great, especially if it’s in a retail setting.
Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet for 8–10 hours, climbing ladders, and repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs overhead.
Flexibility: Our stores are busiest when people are celebrating, so you’ll need to be available for evenings and weekends.

The Merchandising Workflow: From Truck to Shelf

Efficiency is the key to a great shopping experience. You will follow a specific flow to ensure the store stays “Grand Opening” ready at all times.

Freight Processing: Unloading shipments and verifying inventory against manifests.
Zoning: Organizing bottles by region, varietal, or brand to make browsing intuitive for the customer.
Point-of-Sale (POS): While focusing on the floor, you may be cross-trained to assist at the front end during busy rushes to keep lines moving.
