We are seeking a Hospitality Ambassador for our New York City location. This is a unique opportunity to represent a world-renowned brand while delivering a refined customer experience in a high-energy, outdoor setting.

The Ralph Lauren Experience

As a member of our hospitality team, you are an essential part of the brand’s storytelling. You don’t just take orders; you curate a “culture of belonging” for every guest who visits our café.

Key Responsibilities:

Elite Guest Service: Greet customers with an energetic, polished disposition and manage the flow of service with a sense of urgency and grace.
Operational Flow: Take orders, process credit card transactions, and assist with line control to ensure a seamless guest journey.
Precision Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and equipment stocked and sanitized to the highest Ralph Lauren standards.
Brand Integrity: Coordinate with shift supervisors to maintain a “stage-ready” appearance of the location at all times.
Feedback Loop: Actively communicate customer insights to management to help refine our menu and service.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00 – $22.97 per hour (Actual pay is based on experience and location).

Requirements:

Passion for the Craft: You have a genuine love for coffee and the art of hospitality.
Refined Presence: You possess a polished, stylish image and an outgoing personality.
Interpersonal Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Resilience: Ability to multitask and remain calm during high-volume periods while standing for long durations in an outdoor environment.
Logistics: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including mandatory weekends.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with various POS systems is preferred.
