Job Overview:
As a Seasonal Associate, you will support store sales and operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include assisting guests, processing transactions, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining a safe and inviting store environment throughout the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Positively influence store environment and align actions with ALO’s guiding principles.

• Exceed sales targets using ALO’s Flow initiatives and company tools.

• Greet customers and engage proactively to understand their needs.

• Process transactions and returns accurately.

• Educate on store initiatives, product launches, and promotions.

• Assist with shipments and sales floor replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with front and back of house procedures.

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in client-focused retail or sales environment preferred.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

• Aligns with ALO’s guiding principles.

• Physically capable of standing, moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting during shifts.

• Able to work during Blackout period (Thanksgiving through January 14).
