The Seasonal Associate strives to reach boutique revenue and functional targets. They will contribute to fostering a sincere community atmosphere in both the showroom and storage areas.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Influences the enterprise and boutique climate in a constructive way that matches location targets and ALO’s core values.

• Propels and surpasses revenue objectives by employing ALO’s Flow strategies to maximize output and effectiveness

• Offers a warm welcome and actively engages shoppers to identify their requirements and facilitate brand interaction.

• Handles shopper payments and exchanges in compliance with established rules and guidelines

• Maintains awareness of boutique targets, corporate updates, projects, fresh merchandise debuts and any further data requested by the Management Team; informs guests about initiatives on the floor

• Utilizes corporate resources, rewards, and plans to assist in achieving boutique objectives

• Addresses client requirements promptly and successfully to guarantee shopper contentment

• Aids in handling inventory deliveries in a swift manner

• Assists with restocking the showroom floor in a swift manner

• Verifies all showroom and storage protocols are performed according to corporate Rules & Guidelines

• Role necessitates continuous motion throughout the premises, encompassing the retail floor and inventory zones. When not directly helping guests, this role shows drive to complete different duties, as required, to maintain a tidy, secure, attractive, and smooth-running boutique

Seasonal Associate Qualifications

• Favors 1+ years of previous professional background in a guest-focused, revenue-driven setting

• Enthusiasm for guest support and providing remarkable interactions

• Capacity to hoist, shove, transport or move up to 50 pounds

Seasonal Associate Schedule

Seasonal, Part-Time hourly staff are anticipated to perform up to 20 hours weekly, depending on commercial requirements, with a 4-hour block minimum. All staff without exclusion are required to be available during the corporate Blackout window, starting the week of American Thanksgiving (encompassing Black Friday and that weekend) through the conclusion of the winter break (January 14th).
