Role- Sales & customer Support Executive

Industry-Luxury Retail (Fashion)

Salary-200,000 – 300,000 monthly plus commission

Location- Abuja

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Present and promote products/services to potential and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional depending on the role).

Proven experience as a

Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

High level of confidence, resilience, and persistence.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
