Role Description
This is a full-time, Sales Associates – Gluck Global Pvt Ltd (Kandy) . The Sales Associates will assist in engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales efforts. Responsibilities include delivering training sessions about services offered, managing sales leads, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
Proficiency in Sinhala /Tamil Language.
Strong understanding of Sales and Sales Management principles
Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with clients
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Familiarity with digital platforms or online learning technologies is a plus
Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program is preferred
Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Sinhala & Tamil both, will be an advantage
