Position Summary:

The Department Representative is tasked with assisting the Facility Management Group in reaching all corporate objectives and programs. This representative will demonstrate and uphold superior guest relations through efficient interaction, merchandise expertise, and suitable transaction methods. The representative will preserve corporate benchmarks for all inventory display, restocking, and categorization while keeping a fresh and tidy retail floor and storage area.

Responsibilities:

Primary Task Accountabilities:

• Monitor patron movement and react with promptness, placing guest assistance above secondary duties

• Welcome and recognize guests while delivering the correct grade of assistance

• Efficiently relay the worth and excellence of our inventory while highlighting active deals and suggesting alternatives for unavailable merchandise when needed

• Apply logical decision-making to efficiently resolve guest issues

• Display the proper grade of transaction capabilities to favorably influence sales metrics

• Deliver rapid, cordial, and precise assistance at the point-of-sale while informing guests about the advantages of the corporate credit program

• Preserve correct inventory volumes and verify that every size and aesthetic is available

• Comply with corporate benchmarks for inventory display, branding, and presentation

• Assist in maintaining a tidy, hygienic, and structured storage zone while upholding a guest-prepared atmosphere and following protection protocols

• Carry out everyday sanitation tasks to corporate benchmarks

• Protect corporate property by verifying compliance with all Theft Avoidance protocols

• Update Facility Management regarding repair and physical plant requirements promptly to guarantee guests and staff have a hygienic and secure workplace

• Devote concentrated and structured labor toward the accomplishment of facility objectives

• Show versatility by managing inventory intake when required

Academic Background and Background:

• Secondary school diploma or comparable

• Prior commerce background favored

• Required to be a minimum of 18 years of age
