Position: Sales Associate – Print & Services – Staples Canada ULC
Staples Canada ULC invites applicants to join as a Part-Time Sales Associate in the Print & Services department. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting print operations, and contributing to the store’s sales and service success. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction

• Support the print and customer service areas by learning all products and services to offer informed recommendations

• Collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales and margin goals

• Perform in-store print production tasks efficiently

• Adhere to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies

Specifically, you will:

• Engage with customers to sell tailored products and services using the company’s selling model

• Process transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system, including print and shipping orders

• Manage intake and pickup of customer print orders via dashboard, phone, and counter

• Ensure machines are stocked with paper, toner, and supplies; catalogue orders according to company standards

• Prioritize orders and route them through the appropriate service paths

• Maintain merchandising and signage standards in print and cash areas, including displays and front queue

• Follow company protocols to maintain accurate inventory control

• Complete all checklists, audits, and standardization requirements in Print & Services areas

Qualifications:

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
