Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will drive store sales while delivering the Alo experience. Your expertise in product knowledge, customer engagement, and community culture will create genuine connections, foster loyalty, and help achieve store goals in a vibrant, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through product expertise and customer engagement

• Create authentic, welcoming experiences for all customers

• Educate guests on product features, benefits, care, and the Alo lifestyle

• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and front/back-of-house operations

• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports, strategize, and deliver results

• Participate in all store initiatives, including Retail, Yoga, and Café experiences

• Resolve client needs efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-centric or sales experience preferred

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• High-energy, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

• Strong interpersonal skills to build genuine connections with customers and team members

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday blackout periods
