Core Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction (GET Model): Actively seek out customers to assess their needs using open-ended questions and escort them to the correct merchandise regardless of the department.

Service Promotion: Inform customers about value-added services such as Tool Rental, the Pro Desk, and Special Services.

Stock Maintenance: Execute daily upkeep by ensuring all products are correctly signed, clean, and displayed according to merchandising standards.

Candidate Requirements
