Core Responsibilities

Guest Services: Maintain high standards of customer interaction, ensuring every guest feels welcome and finds what they are looking for.
Sales Generation: Support the Management Team by actively engaging with customers and utilizing suggestive selling techniques to meet store goals.
Merchandising: Assist in the set-up of new floor sets, restocking high-turnover items, and ensuring products are displayed according to brand standards.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and “shopper-ready” environment by performing daily cleaning tasks and recovering the sales floor.
