Job Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will provide personalised customer service, drive sales, maintain high store presentation standards, and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented retail culture. Flexible scheduling ensures work-life balance while you gain professional growth in jewelry retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised customer service in-store

• Achieve personal and team sales goals, working with KPIs

• Maintain exceptional in-store displays and presentation standards

• Work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled

• Participate in a 12-week training and development program

• Contribute to a fun and inclusive team environment

Requirements

• Passion for customer service and fashion/jewelry

• Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs

• Ability to connect with customers and create memorable experiences

• Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including holidays

• Desire to learn and share knowledge with the team
