ROLE OVERVIEW

Windsor Plywood is seeking a committed Multifamily Sales Assistant / Store Administrative Support professional to aid our multifamily sales lead and coordinate the progression of orders throughout the facility. This opening commences as a part-time role with the prospect of transitioning into a full-time capacity. Daily on-site hours are adaptable to accommodate the chosen applicant’s schedule.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Support the multifamily sales agent in coordinating and structuring project-based orders

• Supervise and assist with warehouse receiving and varied clerical duties assigned by management

• Assemble hardware packages while guaranteeing total precision

• Audit and validate outbound delivery shipments prior to yard departure

• Uphold rigorous administrative procedures and records management

• Excludes direct retail floor sales, though the role is entirely site-based

MANDATORY CRITERIA

• Familiarity with carpentry finishing goods (entryways, moldings, hardware, etc.)

• Robust clerical and time-management capabilities

• Skill to operate autonomously and assist in a high-capacity sales setting

• Desire to advance into a permanent multifamily assistance position
