Key Responsibilities

This is a quota-carrying role that demands both execution and tactical discipline:

  • Pipeline Generation: Owning the outbound “engine”—using email, DMs, and calls to identify decision-makers across Web3 protocols, DeFi teams, and DAOs.

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Running discovery calls to uncover technical requirements and lead product demos for configurable SaaS offerings.

  • Deal Management: Maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene (Kommo/Salesforce) and tracking pipeline movement to surface risks early.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Creating tailored proposals, handling technical and pricing objections, and securing signatures on white-label contracts.
