Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

Food & Service Support

• Food Running: Promptly deliver orders from the kitchen “window” to the correct tables.

• Order Prep: Assist with packing take-out orders to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Server Assistance: Support the waitstaff with specific guest requests and maintain the flow of service.

Dining Room Maintenance

• Table Turnover: Clear used dinnerware, sanitize surfaces, and reset tables quickly to minimize guest wait times.

• Stocking: Maintain appropriate levels of supplies (napkins, condiments, dinnerware) at service stations.

• Cleanliness: Ensure the dining room and server stations meet all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Physical & Mental Stamina

• Endurance: Ability to stand and move for a shift of at least 8 hours.

• Pressure Management: Ability to remain calm and organized during peak “rush” hours.

• Multitasking: Skill in juggling multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.

Core Competencies

• Communication: Strong ability to listen to and follow directions from the kitchen and management.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (includes tip-share).
