Role: Route Sales Representative (Courier Driver)

Role Overview

The Route Sales Representative fulfills client requirements through expansion of services and provides elite consumer assistance by actively overseeing all itinerary duties. Carries out additional tasks as necessary. Reports to the Service Supervisor. Operational hours consist of 4 shifts weekly (Tuesday through Friday).

Fundamental Duties

  • Recruit emerging clients, expand service lines through sampling/cross-selling, and maintain a lucrative inventory blend.

  • Participate energetically in marketing campaigns, competitions, instructional sessions, and evaluations.

  • Adhere to corporate protocols regarding the onboarding of new clients, addressing consumer requirements, and all service facets. Efficiency targets must be achieved consistently.

  • Foster consumer allegiance, preservation, and deliver exceptional support. Develop rapport, engage in transparent dialogue, inform clients, oversee account needs, and preemptively settle issues alongside management.

  • Securely maneuver a distribution craft on every journey, adhering to all relevant statutes and corporate guidelines. Uphold craft hygiene and conduct frequent vehicle assessments.

  • Manage and execute client remittances. Maintain contemporary itinerary documentation.

  • Guarantee punctual and accurate distribution of full fabric shipments, collect used textiles, and uphold appropriate stock levels within accounts. Manage provisions such as building upkeep supplies.

  • Observe and notify management of rival business maneuvers. Ensure service contracts remain contemporary and updated.

  • Consign used textiles to the intake zone of the plant upon return from the itinerary.

  • Precisely arrange itinerary documentation and adhere to return processing protocols.

  • Comply with documented and spoken directives and carry out other assignments as managed by leadership.

    Remuneration

  • $20.00 to $28.00 hourly compensation contingent upon tenure benchmarks.
