Job Overview:
As a Roll-Off Truck Driver, you will safely operate trucks and equipment to collect and transport waste, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork while maintaining route efficiency and excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off trucks and related equipment for waste collection.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate reports.

• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisors and mechanics promptly.

• Maintain route quality and follow prescribed driving techniques.

• Ensure safety standards, PPE use, and compliance with regulations.

• Keep vehicles clean and report incidents immediately.

• Collaborate with supervisors to improve route efficiency.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License required.

• 1+ years of roll-off driving experience.

• Manual truck operation experience needed.

• Experience with wood recycling and sawdust is an asset.

• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria and demonstrate safe equipment operation.
