This is a high-level financial leadership role at the Hilton Finance Center of Excellence (COE) based in Ras Al Khaimah . As the Revenue Assurance Supervisor , you are the guardian of financial integrity for Hilton properties across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This position is a blend of technical revenue accounting, team leadership, and digital transformation. You will move beyond traditional auditing to act as a “Change Driver,” leveraging automation and data analytics to streamline financial operations for one of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands.

Job Responsibilities

The Revenue Assurance Supervisor orchestrates the financial “truth” for the region’s properties:

Team Leadership: Managing a team of 7 specialists, ensuring quality control, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Hilton values.
Digital Transformation: Identifying inefficiencies and gaps in current systems; Leveraging Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate to drive automation and process redesign.
Operational Transition: Supporting new hotels joining the COE by managing the seamless transfer of their Revenue Accounting processes.
Revenue Auditing: Overseeing the compilation of the Daily Income Audit Report , confirming all revenue positions, and ensuring statistical accuracy (eg, food checks and stats).
Tax & Compliance: Reconciling revenue-related taxes for timely government reporting and ensuring 100% compliance with internal controls and regulatory policies.
Financial Reconciliation: Managing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring all control reports are uploaded and approved via Docuware.

Candidate Requirements

Hilton seeks an inquisitive “Self-Starter” who thrives in a centralized, fast-paced environment:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years in Finance or Shared Services , including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role .
Technical Mastery: Expert command of ERP (Navision) , PMS (OnQ/OA) , and POS (Micros/Agilysys) systems. Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Power Platform is highly preferred.
Education: A University degree in Finance or Accounting (Professional accounting qualifications are a plus).
Linguistic Skills: Fluent written and spoken English ; must be a clear communicator capable of influencing stakeholders across different geographies.
Mindset: “Inquisitive by nature”—ready to challenge existing processes and lead through organizational change.
