Job Description

Are you a retail leader who loves the thrill of a fast-paced sales floor and the satisfaction of building a great team? Marshalls is looking for a Retail Store Coordinator to help us “lead and elevate” our Moncton location. At Marshalls, our “off-price” model means our inventory is always changing, and we need a coordinator with the “wit” to adapt and the “grit” to keep the energy high. If you are a team player who leads by example, we want you to grow with us.

In this role, you are the heart of the store. You aren’t just a supervisor; you are a culture-builder. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our shoppers have a seamless experience, whether they are hunting for a designer handbag or the perfect home décor item. We look for individuals who take pride in “operational excellence”—someone who notices when a rack is out of place or when a teammate needs a bit of extra coaching. Your ability to maintain a positive, collaborative atmosphere amidst the “treasure hunt” excitement is what makes you an essential part of the Marshalls family.

Joining Marshalls means joining the world’s leading off-price retailer. We offer more than just a job; we offer a career path with comprehensive training and exclusive discounts across our family of brands. We value diversity, integrity, and helpfulness, providing a workplace where your unique perspective is appreciated and your hard work is rewarded. Whether you are streamlining floor processes or celebrating a team win, you are helping us create the best shopping destination in Moncton.

If you have at least a year of retail leadership experience and a passion for people, we invite you to apply.

Marshalls | Moncton, NB

Marshalls is a leading off-price retailer and a major division of TJX Canada (alongside Winners and HomeSense). In Moncton, Marshalls is a key destination for brand-name apparel, footwear, and home decor at prices significantly lower than traditional department stores. The “Hub City” locations are known for their high-volume turnover and the “treasure hunt” shopping experience they provide.

Company Culture: “The Power of the Pivot”

The culture at Marshalls is fast-paced, inclusive, and deeply rooted in the global TJX philosophy of “Total Rewards.”

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Buyers and store management are encouraged to take risks. Because the inventory is ever-changing (with thousands of new items arriving weekly), the culture values employees who are adaptable and can “pivot” their merchandising strategies on the fly.

  • Inclusion and Diversity: TJX Canada is consistently recognized as a top employer for its commitment to a diverse workforce. The culture is built on “the power of the team,” emphasizing that every associate—from the back-room processors to the front-end coordinators—contributes to the “treasure hunt” success.

  • Structure and Stability: Despite the retail environment, Marshalls offers a high level of professional structure. The workplace is defined by clear safety protocols, organized “processing flows,” and a commitment to associate development through the “Discovery Program.”

  • Community Stewardship: Through the TJX Canada Foundation, the Moncton stores participate in national campaigns for organizations like Save the Children and local women’s shelters, fostering a culture of giving back.
