Job Duties

• Engage and connect with customers to provide excellent service and build long-term brand loyalty.

• Educate and inspire customers by sharing expert product knowledge and providing wardrobing advice.

• Promote brand loyalty programs to customers to drive repeat business and engagement.

• Seek out customer interactions on the sales floor to drive results through suggestive selling techniques.

• Utilize omni-channel offerings and retail technology to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

• Support various store functions including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center to ensure an inviting store environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and returns with professional and courteous communication.

• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently to support store productivity.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver a best-in-class experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Demonstrate a strong interest in fashion and current retail trends.

• Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock processing.
