Store Operations Lead (Coach) | Walmart
Location: 4617 E. Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032
Hourly Rate: $31.25 – $38.46 (Plus annual/quarterly performance bonuses)
Status: Full-Time Management

Your Leadership Impact

Team Development: You don’t just manage; you teach. You’ll lead through active listening, providing clear guidance, and introducing company change efforts to all levels of associates.

Financial Stewardship: Own your business area by evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses. You are responsible for mitigating “shrink” (inventory loss) and hitting profit goals.

Operational Excellence: Oversee merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow. You ensure the store is always “grand opening” ready.

Community Advocacy: Support community outreach programs and resolve guest complaints with high-quality, data-driven action plans.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum: * 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience + 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience + 1 year of supervisory experience.

Ability to complete a firearms-specific background check (as this facility sells firearms/ammunition).

Preferred: * Experience supervising 5+ direct reports (including hiring, firing, and performance management).

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Leadership.
