THE ROLES

As a Boutique Associate, you will:

• Assist the Service Counter unit to facilitate streamlined and premium interactions

• Assist the Atelier unit to facilitate Everyday Luxury interactions

• Organize our product selection and facilitate a frictionless retail atmosphere

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Market apparel and gain consumer trust through unmatched fashion expertise

• Provide world-class interactions by generating significant, striking instances

• Form profound and customized links with our consumers, boosting their brand faithfulness and connection to Aritzia

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Greet consumers

• Connect consumers with their items and guide them to the appropriate Service Counter

• Set up the item for processing

• Promptly and precisely handle payments

• Wrap items for an Everyday Luxury unboxing interaction

• Assist with tasks at the Service Counter

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Promptly and precisely handle incoming and outgoing freight to and from the DC, shop to shop, and our consumers

• Logically arrange items in the stockroom

• Maintain the benchmarks of item presentation

• Facilitate smooth integrated multi-channel retail interactions

• Assist in the frictionless tasks of all facets of the retail area across Consumers, Product, Area, Risk, and Tasks

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Guarantee the prompt and precise handling of incoming and outgoing freight to and from the DC, shop to shop, and our consumers

• Logically arrange items on the retail floor

• Express the item narrative in our shops

• Confirm the benchmarks of item presentation

• Facilitate smooth integrated multi-channel retail interactions

• Assist in the frictionless tasks of all facets of the shop area across Consumers, Product, Area, Risk, and Tasks
