Aritzia Ottawa is seeking motivated Retail Associates to join our high-performance team delivering Everyday Luxury to our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Boutique Associate
• Assist the Service Counter team to ensure efficient, elevated client experiences.
• Support the Atelier team in delivering Everyday Luxury moments.
• Curate merchandise and maintain a seamless retail environment.

Style Advisor
• Sell apparel while providing expert styling guidance to clients.
• Create meaningful, memorable experiences that foster client loyalty.
• Build strong, personalized connections to enhance client affinity for Aritzia.

Service Advisor
• Welcome clients and match them with the right products.
• Direct clients to the appropriate Service Counter and prepare products for processing.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Package products to deliver an Everyday Luxury opening experience.
• Support Service Counter operations as needed.

Inventory Associate
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately between DCs, boutiques, and clients.
• Strategically organize product in the backroom and maintain display standards.
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences and seamless retail operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.

Merchandiser
• Accurately manage shipment processing for DC, boutique-to-boutique, and client deliveries.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor and maintain display standards.
• Translate product stories within boutiques and support integrated cross-channel retail operations.
