Reservation and Facility Manager

A co-working facility is looking for an experienced Manager to supervise support staff,

handle office space allocations and ensure prompt facility management.

LOCATION – Gudu, Abuja

We are looking for someone who can work independently and make sound decisions
• To be the corporate “face and voice” of the Facility
• Handle all staff related matters
• Maintain tidy schedules of bookings to avoid double-booking
• Manage all Office space bookings via social media, email, phone and in person
• To attend external meetings and represent the facility at corporate events
• To supervise support staff and maintain duty rosters as needed
• To maintain excellent hospitality standards and drive occupancy
• To attract corporate clients, private individuals and government agencies

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 2- 4 years of office management/operations experience
• Excellent planning, scheduling and vendor negotiation skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or Facility management is a plus
• Warm personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to write proposals and official emails
• High integrity and warm (but firm) personality
• Available to resume by first week of January 2026

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
