Role Summary: Regional Facilities Specialist

Amazon’s Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is looking for a strategic technical leader to safeguard the physical infrastructure that powers our global operations. In this role, you will act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) standards across multiple sites. You aren’t just managing buildings; you are ensuring the structural integrity and operational uptime of the facilities that house our robotics and material handling equipment, directly enabling Amazon to deliver on its promise to customers worldwide.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

• 5+ years of program management experience

• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

• 5+ years experience in general building repair and maintenance, plumbing, and electrical and familiar with building codes and safety compliance

• 5+ years of budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience

• 5+ years of experience with HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation

• Travel: Domestic travel up to 80% to support sites within the region.
