Job Overview
As Regional Director of Patient Care and Experience, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Northern Region. You will oversee performance, quality, safety, financial planning, partnerships, and workforce development while advancing integrated, patient-focused care delivery. This role requires frequent regional travel and collaboration with senior leadership teams.

Ability to travel across Northern Ontario

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Strong financial and operational management capability

Qualifications

Degree in Health, Gerontology, Business, or Social Services

Seven or more years of senior healthcare leadership experience

Experience managing multi-site operations

Regulated health professional designation preferred
