Supervised by the local leadership team, the Receptionist manages all inbound telephone traffic, welcomes and guides guests, and addresses questions with a constructive and expert attitude.
Primary Duties

Managing all incoming telephone lines and addressing caller questions with a favorable, expert demeanor;

Transferring communications to the correct parties and recording accurate, brief notes as needed;

Welcoming, supporting, and guiding every guest;

Collecting and organizing office correspondence;

Processing, distributing, and managing the postage equipment for outgoing correspondence;

Assembling parcels and coordinating pickup by courier services;

Managing the calendar and reservations for conference spaces;

Refreshing telephone directories and contact groups;

Preserving a tidy, secure, equipped, and orderly front desk space;

Supporting minor tasks requested by the administrative staff (e.g., creating stickers, mass correspondence, etc.);

Carrying out additional tasks as designated;

Supporting and advocating for the firm’s principles and vision regarding ethics, conduct, and honesty.
Requirements
