Job Summary: Receiving Clerk – Supply Chain (Full-Time)

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Receiving Clerk to join our Supply Chain team and ensure our 150 private patient rooms and specialized departments are always equipped to save lives.
About the Role As a Receiving Clerk, you are the gatekeeper of the hospital’s inventory. You aren’t just moving boxes; you are ensuring that surgeons, nurses, and emergency teams have the exact medical supplies they need when they need them. You will be responsible for the accurate receiving, data entry, and distribution of equipment throughout the facility. From managing “Min/Max” inventory levels to conducting physical counts and coordinating outgoing shipments, your precision directly impacts patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Receiving: Accurately receive, key into the system, store, and deliver medical supplies and equipment.

Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain Min/Max stocking levels in storerooms and point-of-use areas to ensure timely replenishment.

Physical Audits: Conduct scheduled physical inventories and reconcile figures to ensure data accuracy.

Shipping Support: Manage outgoing deliveries and ensure all shipping activities are documented correctly.

Cross-Training: Remain flexible to float to other supply chain or support areas as needed by the facility.
Qualifications:

Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical calculations.

Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written skills, including proper spelling and punctuation.

Interpersonal Skills: Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust with supervisors, peers, and external vendors.
