Job Summary: Qualified Nursery Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join an Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” nursery in Luton. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a warm, secure, and stimulating environment where children’s individual needs and interests are prioritized. You will work alongside a knowledgeable team to implement activities aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles, fostering children’s social, emotional, and physical development both indoors and in our inspiring outdoor sensory gardens.
Job Responsibilities

Curriculum Implementation: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities designed in accordance with the EYFS statutory framework.

Child Development: Observe, record, and support the individual learning and developmental journey of each child.

Safety and Wellbeing: Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene across all indoor and outdoor areas.

Partnership Working: Build and maintain effective, empathetic communication with parents and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to each child’s care.

Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the wider nursery team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the setting and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture.
Requirements

Qualifications: Must hold a relevant childcare qualification, such as NNEB, CACHE Level 2, or CACHE Level 3.

Experience: Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
