Job Summary: IT Project Specialist (Project Manager)

Role Overview	Managing end-to-end IT projects (Application Dev, COTS, Infrastructure) and providing senior-level PMO support.
Key Responsibilities	• Project lifecycle management (charters, schedules, budgets, and risk). • Vendor management and RFP/contract participation. • Supervising/mentoring Project Managers. • Reporting status to executive leadership and stakeholder agencies.
Minimum Qualifications	• Option 1: Relevant Degree + 4 years of specialized experience. • Option 2: Associate Degree + 6 years of specialized experience. • Option 3: Any Baccalaureate Degree + 8 years of specialized experience.
Preferred Skills	• 10+ years managing IT infrastructure (CAD, Radio, Voice/Data). • 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. • PMP Certification and NYC government experience.
Work Location	Brooklyn, NY (Residency in NYC is not required).
Hours / Shift	Standard Day shift; must be flexible for nights/weekends (24/7 operation).
