A welcoming family located in Chicago’s Medical District is searching for a patient and nurturing caregiver to join their home part-time. This role focuses on providing high-quality, one-on-one care for a 3-month-old infant in a relaxed and communicative environment. Position Details • Location: Medical District, Chicago • Start Date: ASAP • Schedule: • Mondays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Wednesdays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Fridays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Guaranteed Hours: 34 hours per week • Flexibility: Opportunity for additional days or hours as needed • Compensation: $25+/hour DOE + PTO

Nanny Responsibilities • Provide attentive, loving care for a 3-month-old infant • Support sleep routines and assist with sleep training as needed • Bottle feeding and support with age-appropriate feeding transitions • Diapering and all general infant care • Engage baby in developmentally appropriate activities (books, music, outdoor time) • Maintain a no screen time environment (family preference) • Tidy and organize baby spaces • Wash bottles and complete baby laundry • Communicate clearly and consistently with parents regarding routines and daily updates

Ideal Candidate • Infant nanny experience required • Early childhood education background or degree strongly preferred • Calm, positive, and nurturing demeanor • Enjoys creative, hands-on engagement with babies • Comfortable with parent working from home • Reliable, professional, and communicative • Flexible and team-oriented approach

Requirements • Tdap and Flu vaccinations required • RSV vaccine preferred • Comfortable in a home with cats- no care required. • Driver not required.
