As a Barista, you are the face of our brand. We will teach you the “La Colombe way,” turning you into a coffee expert who embodies our core principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness.

Your Day-to-Day:

Authentic Connection: Engage with guests, build community relationships, and serve as the inviting face of the café.
Precision Craftsmanship: Prepare drinks with consistent quality and style (full training provided).
Station Ownership: Take pride in your workspace, keeping it spotless and “experience-ready.”
Proactive Support: Jump in where needed, uplift your teammates, and always look for ways to improve the guest experience.
Positive Energy: Bring “good vibes” to every shift, creating an atmosphere that both guests and coworkers enjoy.

Requirements

Experience: Previous customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train those with the right attitude!
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems for transactions.
Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability: Ready to work shifts that support our café’s mission of service.
