The Role: Community Builder & Brand Champion

As a Barista, you are the face of our brand. You’ll master the balance of speed, precision, and genuine human connection.

Your Day-to-Day:

Authentic Hospitality: Engage with guests, take thoughtful orders, and ensure every person who walks in feels like a local.
Craft & Consistency: Prepare premium beverages with quality and style. From cold-pressed espresso on tap to hand-crafted lattes, you’ll be a guardian of the “One Dove” standards.
Operational Excellence: Own your station. Maintain a spotless environment where cleanliness is treated as a core part of the guest experience.
Team Synergy: Support your coworkers, jump in where needed, and contribute to a high-energy, respectful workplace.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the values of Chobani and La Colombe—Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, or service) is a plus, but not required.
Comfort using POS systems and handling transactions.
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
