Manage a 2-year luxury residential project featuring 41 high-end apartments, commercial space, and a large basement car park. Ensure outstanding client satisfaction, oversee teams, maintain H&S compliance, and deliver high-quality finishes throughout the development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with reputable residential developers or main contractors

• Background in high-end residential projects

• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and paperwork skills

• Presentable with excellent client-facing abilities

• Exceptional man-management and leadership skills

• Ability to commute daily to North London
